Khedrupje Centre is now offering students and residents alike around the Lincoln area a beginners Meditation class that is especially tailored for them. It will be held at the St Mary's Guild Hall
385 High Street, Lincoln every wednesday night at 7pm during term time.

The class will be started with a talk, or teaching, based on one of the topics in the book “Transform Your Life”. This is followed by a guided meditation, and then some discussion. Afterwards everyone can stay for a light beverage, which is the perfect opportunity to voice any queries that you might have.
