Heruka Centre is the main Kadampa Buddhist Centre in North London. We teach meditation classes at the Centre on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and at other venues around London, Mondays to Thursdays. We also teach weekend courses, retreats and in-depth study programmes.
