Khedrubje Buddhist Meditation Centre is on Term end from Saturday 21st July - Sunday 2nd September

Class on The Oral Instructions of Mahamudra

    • Geshe Kelsang 2

During this extra special class Gen Kelsang Rigma will give commentary to Geshe Kelsang's latest book: The Oral Instructions of the Mahamudra.

Mahamudra is a sanskrit word in which Maha means great, and refers to Great Bliss, and mudra refers to emptiness. The actual mahamudra therefore is an incredibly blissful, peaceful mind that is mixed with the emptiness of all phenomena. In Buddha's teachings this experience is the real goal of our human life which will give us the ability to fulfill not only our own wishes but to bestow mental peace on all those we meet.

During this drop-in class Gen Rigma will guide us through this precious book that explains all the stages of training we must engage in if we wish to attain the precious mind of Mahamudra.

This class is open to everyone, there is no need to book, you can just turn up.

This drop-in class is based on the Advanced Books The Oral Instructions of Mahamudra.
