The meditations in these workshops will be guided by an experienced practitioner and help to calm your mind, reduce stress, and give rise to an experience of inner peace and wellbeing. The first sessions will focus on a breathing meditation that helps disengage the mind from the busyness of everyday life and create a special feeling of inner peace. The second session combines mindfulness of the breath with visualization, or creative imagination, and leads to a deep feeling of inner calm and purity. These meditations can be practiced by anyone and these workshops are open to all.

Costs £10 for the morning course

Starts at 10am with a relaxation meditation, then there is a coffee break before resuming at 12pm with a final meditation to take us deeper.
