International Buddhist Festivals |

Each year Kadampa Buddhist Centres around the world organise large International Buddhist festivals in various countries.
These festivals are special spiritual holidays, when up to 4,000 people
- including several hundred monks and nuns - gather from around the
world to receive Buddhist teachings directly from the Spiritual
Director of the New Kadampa Tradition, the renowned Buddhist Master
Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. Other festivals are led by the Deputy Spiritual
Director, Gen-la Samden Gyatso.
Each year Kadampa Buddhist Centres around the world organise large International Buddhist festivals in various countries.
The festivals provide a wonderful opportunity to listen to and
contemplate these teachings, as well as meditate on them in guided
Meditation Retreats, and discuss them with spiritual friends - from
beginners to those who have been practicing Buddhism for many years.
