In our drop-in classes we offer people the opportunity to use a few basic tools from Buddha's teachings to help in their everyday lives. This special study class is designed for those who want to gain a deeper understanding and experience of Buddha's teaching and really use them to solve their daily problems and develop peaceful, happy states of mind.
During the 2017/18 year we will be studying Universal Compassion. In this book we will learn practical instructions showing how to transform even the most difficult daily life experiences into opportunities for spiritual growth through developing and enhancing minds of universal love and compassion.
This class is 7pm - 9:30pm Thursdays during term time.
You must contact us in advance to attend this class. We will then organise a free taster session for you to try out. To organise a free taster do get in touch with us on 01482 324940
