This class is an opportunity to unwind after a busy week with a meditation followed by a coffee and cake in our inhouse cafe.
Guided by an experienced meditator, the meditations in this class provide a comprehensive introduction for beginners.
The meditations for relaxation are forms of breathing meditation that help to calm the mind, reduce stress, and give rise to an experience of inner peace and wellbeing. The meditations for a clear mind help us to experience mental clarity and inner peace by meditating on our mind itself, and the meditations for a kind heart help us to develop greater peace of mind and happiness.
All these meditations can be practised by anyone. You do not have to wear special clothes, and we sit on chairs to ensure everyone is comfortable. There is no need to book just turn up!
